How to sew a bubble skirt! (step by step tutorial)

I recently made a sew along for a bubble skirt pattern from McCall’s latest Summer collection. This is M8583 and I made view A, the mini version.

The steps are pretty much the same for all of the views – the only difference is the length of the skirt.

I had such a fun time making this and I loved putting together my outfit for this skirt. By the way, if the blouse looks familiar it’s my Know Me pattern ME2104. More on that later.
