Hey sewing friends! Last week I sewed up McCall’s 8165 which is a tie dye jumpsuit that can be made in a knit or woven. I chose a tie dye knit fabric (about 3.5 yards) from Hobby Lobby to make my new jumper.
This was a quick sew, but next time I would absolutely consider taking a few inches off the bodice and decreasing the rise so that the seat of the pants is not so low.
However, I love the super relaxed fit of the entire outfit. I wore it for an entire day of errands and never once felt uncomfortable. I went and got my nails done, grocery shopping, post office drop off, you name it. I did it. LOL.
I will be making this again. Probably in a solid – maybe like black or grey? What do you think?
